本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、合同会社アイデアル（IDEAL LLC、以下「当社」）が提供するサービス「ai.idl.jp」（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本サービスを利用することにより本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
These Terms of Service govern your use of "ai.idl.jp" operated by IDEAL LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
本サービスは、AIエージェントによる TikTok アカウントの運用支援（コンテンツの作成・投稿、コメント返信支援、分析）を提供するものです。投稿は、利用者が TikTok の認可フローで明示的に許可したアカウントに対してのみ行われます。
The Service provides AI-agent-powered TikTok account operation: content creation and posting, reply assistance, and analytics. Posting occurs only to accounts you have explicitly authorized through TikTok's authorization flow.
You may connect only TikTok accounts you control, and you may revoke the connection at any time, upon which we immediately stop posting and data retrieval.
You must not use the Service to violate laws, TikTok's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or third-party rights, or to interfere with the operation of the Service.
利用者が本サービスを通じて作成・投稿したコンテンツの権利は利用者に帰属します。本サービス自体に関する権利は当社に帰属します。
You retain rights to content you create and post via the Service. All rights in the Service itself belong to IDEAL LLC.
当社は、本サービスの内容について、その完全性・正確性・有用性を保証するものではありません。TikTok 等の外部サービスの仕様変更・停止に起因する損害について、当社は責任を負いません。当社の責に帰すべき事由による損害賠償は、利用者が当社に支払った直近1か月分の利用料金を上限とします。
The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for damages arising from changes to or outages of external services such as TikTok. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the most recent one month.
当社は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できるものとし、重要な変更は本ページで告知します。
We may amend these terms; material changes will be announced on this page.
本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関する紛争は、さいたま地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan; the Saitama District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.
