合同会社アイデアル（IDEAL LLC、以下「当社」）は、当社が提供するサービス「ai.idl.jp」（以下「本サービス」）における利用者の個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

IDEAL LLC ("we", "us") sets forth this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information in our service "ai.idl.jp" (the "Service").

1. 取得する情報 / Information We Collect

• 氏名、メールアドレス等、利用登録時にご提供いただく情報
• TikTok アカウント連携時に TikTok API を通じて取得する情報（プロフィール情報、フォロワー数等の統計情報、公開動画の一覧および統計）
• 本サービスの利用履歴、アクセスログ

We collect information you provide at registration (name, email), information obtained via the TikTok API when you connect your TikTok account (profile information, statistics such as follower counts, and your public video list and metrics), and service usage logs.

2. 利用目的 / How We Use Information

• 本サービスの提供・運営（動画の下書き作成、承認画面の表示、分析レポートの作成）
• 利用者ご本人が承認画面で1本ずつ承認した場合に限り、その TikTok アカウントへ動画を投稿すること
• 本サービスの改善、お問い合わせ対応

We use the information to operate the Service (preparing video drafts, presenting the approval screen, and producing analytics reports), to publish a video to your TikTok account only when you have approved that specific video on the approval screen, to improve the Service, and to respond to inquiries.

本サービスは、取得したデータを広告配信・プロファイリング・機械学習モデルの学習に使用しません。また第三者へ販売・提供しません。

We do not use the collected data for advertising, profiling, or training machine-learning models, and we do not sell or transfer it to third parties.

3. TikTok API データの取扱い / TikTok API Data

• TikTok データの取得・利用は、利用者が TikTok の認可画面で許可した範囲（スコープ）に限定されます。
• 利用者はいつでも TikTok アプリの設定または当社への連絡により連携を解除でき、解除後は当社が保持する当該 TikTok データを遅滞なく削除します。
• TikTok データを第三者に販売しません。

Access to TikTok data is limited to the scopes you approve on TikTok's authorization screen. You may revoke access at any time via TikTok's settings or by contacting us, upon which we will promptly delete the TikTok data we hold. We do not sell TikTok data to third parties.

4. 第三者提供 / Third-Party Disclosure

法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. 安全管理 / Security

当社は、個人情報への不正アクセス、紛失、改ざん、漏えいを防止するため、アクセス制御・暗号化等の合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。

We implement reasonable security measures, including access control and encryption, to protect personal information.

6. 保存期間 / Retention

• TikTok のアクセストークン・リフレッシュトークンは暗号化して保存し、連携解除・失効の確認から24時間以内に削除します。
• プロフィールおよび動画の統計は、レポート作成のため取得から24か月間保存し、経過後に削除します。
• 投稿の承認記録（誰が・いつ・どの設定で承認したか）は、係争対応のため36か月間保存します。
• 契約終了時は、上記にかかわらず30日以内にすべての TikTok データを削除します。

TikTok access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted and deleted within 24 hours of revocation. Profile and video metrics are retained for 24 months for reporting. Approval records (who approved what, when, with which settings) are retained for 36 months. On contract termination all TikTok data is deleted within 30 days.

7. データの削除請求 / Data Deletion

利用者は、当社が保有する自己の個人情報の開示・訂正・削除を請求できます。手続きは データ削除の手続き をご覧ください。
