合同会社アイデアル（IDEAL LLC、以下「当社」）は、当社が提供するサービス「ai.idl.jp」（以下「本サービス」）における利用者の個人情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

氏名、メールアドレス等、利用登録時にご提供いただく情報
TikTok アカウント連携時に TikTok API を通じて取得する情報（プロフィール情報、フォロワー数等の統計情報、公開動画の一覧および統計）
本サービスの利用履歴、アクセスログ

We collect information you provide at registration (name, email), information obtained via the TikTok API when you connect your TikTok account (profile information, statistics such as follower counts, and your public video list and metrics), and service usage logs.

2. 利用目的 / How We Use Information

本サービスの提供・運営（投稿の作成・公開、コメント返信支援、分析ダッシュボードの表示）
利用者の認可に基づく TikTok アカウントへのコンテンツ投稿
本サービスの改善、お問い合わせ対応

We use the information to operate the Service (content posting, reply assistance, analytics dashboards), to post content to your TikTok account based on your explicit authorization, to improve the Service, and to respond to inquiries.

3. TikTok API データの取扱い / TikTok API Data

TikTok データの取得・利用は、利用者が TikTok の認可画面で許可した範囲（スコープ）に限定されます。
利用者はいつでも TikTok アプリの設定または当社への連絡により連携を解除でき、解除後は当社が保持する当該 TikTok データを遅滞なく削除します。
TikTok データを第三者に販売しません。

Access to TikTok data is limited to the scopes you approve on TikTok's authorization screen. You may revoke access at any time via TikTok's settings or by contacting us, upon which we will promptly delete the TikTok data we hold. We do not sell TikTok data to third parties.

4. 第三者提供 / Third-Party Disclosure

法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

5. 安全管理 / Security

当社は、個人情報への不正アクセス、紛失、改ざん、漏えいを防止するため、アクセス制御・暗号化等の合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。

We implement reasonable security measures, including access control and encryption, to protect personal information.

6. データの削除請求 / Data Deletion
