本ページは、合同会社アイデアル（IDEAL LLC、以下「当社」）が提供する ai.idl.jp（以下「本サービス」）において、利用者ご本人が当社の保持するデータの削除を求める方法を説明します。
This page explains how to request deletion of the data IDEAL LLC holds about you in connection with ai.idl.jp.
連携の解除はいつでも、当社を経由せずに、利用者ご本人だけで行えます。
解除された時点で、当社のアクセストークンは無効になり、当該アカウントへの投稿およびデータ取得は直ちに停止します。当社は失効を確認してから 24時間以内 に、保持していたアクセストークン・リフレッシュトークンを削除します。
You can revoke access yourself at any time in the TikTok app: Profile → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions → select our app → revoke. Our tokens become invalid immediately, and we delete the stored access and refresh tokens within 24 hours of confirming revocation.
連携の解除だけでは、これまでに取得した統計データや承認記録は削除されません。それらも消す場合は、次の 2. の削除請求をお送りください。
Revoking access alone does not erase previously collected metrics or approval records. To delete those as well, send the request described in section 2.
下記のいずれかの方法で、削除のご依頼をお送りください。
当社はご本人確認のうえ、受付から 30日以内 に削除を実行し、完了をご連絡します。ご本人確認ができない場合は削除を実行できませんので、ご契約時のご連絡先からお送りください。
Send your request by email to [email protected] (subject "[ai.idl.jp] Data deletion request"), by phone at 070-6474-5255 (business days 10:00–18:00 JST; closed Tuesday and Wednesday), or by post. Include your TikTok username, your company and contact name, the scope of deletion, and how to reach you. After verifying your identity we complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm it to you. Please write from the contact address registered with the Service; we cannot act on requests we cannot verify.

Tokens are deleted within 24 hours of revocation without any request. Profile data, video metrics and reports, drafts we produced, and approval records are deleted within 30 days of a verified request — except that approval records tied to an active dispute are retained until the dispute is resolved.
We cannot delete videos already published on TikTok (they belong to your account — remove them in the TikTok app), data held by TikTok itself (request that from TikTok directly), or records we are legally required to retain such as accounting documents, which we delete after the statutory retention period.
ご契約が終了した場合、削除請求の有無にかかわらず、当社が保持するすべての TikTok 由来データを30日以内に削除します。
When a contract ends, we delete all TikTok-derived data we hold within 30 days, whether or not a deletion request was made.
